My goal this year is to establish S.G.C. as a unique and professional service provider, helping families and friends, discover the joys of rare breed poultry, collect their own eggs and enjoy the spoils of micro-backyard farming. I will offer workshops, beginner packages, small family starter packs and day-old poultry directly to my clients.Many city and town by-laws now allow small flocks, and S.G.C wants to help the movement expand. I am always available for questions and help where needed.
This year, in the spring and summer season, I will be selling day-old chicks. S.G.C. believes in high quality, rare breed preservation and genetic diversity. I will have many breeds available and I can help you choose the breeds that would suit your needs.
All my chicks will be fed an organic diet, and treated to the highest standard before they find new homes.
